| RFE 15 was dispatched to a mulch fire on Gresham Lake RD. RFE15 arrived on scene and contacted Dustin Hill and made entry into the gate via code. Dustin Hill is the manger of the mulch business., made entry and met a working inside the gate and he stated that he was going move the mulch around and out of the fire. Hill was notified .
